Hindsight is 20/20

So I've been super busy and made of fail at posting. Spent all day/night Thursday writing that Shakespeare paper. That is, thankfully, turned in. Two more papers then three exams and then freedom!

So as of late I've been listening to the Harry Potter audiobooks. I'm only partway through the second one; they're being read by Stephen Fry. It's pretty interesting considering the later books. Like, there's multiple references to Snape always knowing what Harry's been up to and when he's lying and to Snape being able to "read minds." Now since we've read ahead we know that this is the occlumency/legilimency thing. It's really interesting too to see the actions Snape takes considering what his motivations for them are.

I'm also super behind on my goodreads reviews, so I believe I shall go take care of that next. It's been a pretty busy weekend. We went to a party at a friends place on Friday. There was only 10 of us there but their place is so small that it was crowded anyway. We drank some booze and sang some songs. That's the thing I love about a proper Maritime party, there's always some with a guitar, you always hang out in the kitchen, and everybody knows the words to "Rattlin' Bog." That was a lovely night, then I spent most of Saturday abed with the expected aftermath and today I made a stirfry and watched some Shameless and raided.

You may notice, I didn't include any schoolwork on that list. Yep. I'm bad. It's ok though, one class tomorrow so I'll come home afterwards and launch into paper writing. It's ok though because I finished my Shakespeare paper on time, and ran a bunch of errands on Friday.
