Title: Beautiful Secrets
Pairing: Tao/Sehun
Genre: vampire, dark
Rating: PG
Length: 520 words
Summary: Tao’s looking for a special smelling someone in a crowded club.

The smoky club was packed full tonight. Tao didn’t usually like to find prey in such a crowded area but he had picked up a peculiar scent on his way to the usual dive bar he frequented. The scent was hard to miss, Tao was curious as to why no other night walkers were in the club trying to find the human the scent came from also. He was the only one of his kind there tonight.

Tao had stayed away from the dance floor and made himself part of the shadows a little ways away from the bar. He had yet to find the human the other worldly scent belonged to. Tao didn’t plan on leaving until that human was with him though.

Tao was watching the people dance, swaying drunkenly back and forth off beat in the middle of the room. The music was loud, a little too loud. Tao didn’t like clubs, he preferred smokey bars where the prey was easier to catch.

Tao was very close to entering the writhing mass of bodies when someone passed by him. This someone happened to be the person Tao had been waiting for.

Tao watched the man, or rather boy because he couldn’t have been older than twenty, as he sidled up to the bar. He ordered a drink that looked expensive and sipped it right there.

Tao knew instantly from only watching the boy for a few minutes that he was alone. Tao chuckled to himself. This was going to be way too easy.

Tao made his move a little while later. He sauntered out of the shadows and sat on the stool right next to the human boy. Tao didn’t waste any time. “Hello.” He said in his most friendly voice and appealing voice.

The boy turned and smiled. “Hi.”

“What’s a guy like you doing at a packed club alone on a friday night?” Tao asked. The bartender took Tao’s order, Jack straight up.

“Just came to have a little fun.” the boy answered easily.

Tao smirked. Indeed this boy was going to have some fun tonight. Tao locked eyes with the boy. “What’s your name?”

“Sehun.”

Tao then did something he hadn’t done in a long time, he used his power of persuasion. No one ever turned him down when he used it, he was that good. He only used it one prey that he really, really wanted.

“How about you and me go somewhere a little more private, Sehun.” Tao said it in his most seductive voice.

Sehun’s eyes were clear and bright. “I just met you five seconds ago,” he said. “I’ll have to turn down your offer.”

Tao just stared at Sehun. His face was frozen. How could his powers not have worked? This has never happened to Tao in his long lifetime. No one was immune to his powers.

Sehun turned to Tao and smirked. “I’m not like the other humans.” He said. Then with a wink, Sehun got up from his seat and sauntered into the writhing mass of bodies.

Tao just sat there stunned, his opportunity missed.

Title: Forget me not
Pairing: Kai/Kyungsoo
Genre: angst
Rating: G
Length: 675 words
Summary: Can someone just up and dissapear from your life in a single night? Can they just get up, erase themselves, and never come back.

Jongin woke with an empty feeling in his chest. He instinctively reached across the bed for Kyungsoo but was left reaching for nothing.

Jongin, thinking it was weird for Kyungsoo to be gone, sat and up and switched the light on.

With shock filling his being Jongin stared at the bedroom. It was different. All of Kyungsoo’s belongings, and he had a lot, were completely gone.

Jongin frantically reached for his phone. He pulled up his contacts list but Kyungsoo’s name was not there. Jongin manually dialed Kyungsoo’s number. He pressed the call button then waited. “I’m sorry, the number you are trying to reach does not exist.”

Jongin threw his phone across the room in sheer panic. Where had Kyungsoo gone to?

Jongin got out of bed and slipped into a baggy pair of sweats. He slid a white shirt over his top too. Jongin exited the bedroom and went into the kitchen.

The kitchen, save for a picture of Jongin and Kyungsoo together, was the same. The missing picture was strange. Why would Kyungsoo take it if he left?

Jongin was on the verge of a meltdown. He couldn’t let himself have that meltdown yet though. He had to find Kyungsoo first.

Jongin headed into the living room and flipped the light switch. He stared at the room for a moment, a single moment, before realizing everything that Kyungsoo had bought, everything, was gone.

How did Kyungsoo have time to take everything he owned while Jongin was asleep?

Jongin fell to his knees on the hardwood floor. He couldn’t believe that this was actually happening and with no warning. Why would Kyungsoo do something like this to him?

After a while Jongin picked himself up off the floor. He moved toward the landline without thinking about his actions. He dialed a number and waited as the phone rang.

“Jongin what the hell? It’s 3 in the morning.” Sehun answered half sleepy, half angry.

“Kyungsoo is gone.” Jongin said.

“What?”

“He took all his things and left. It’s weird Sehun.” Jongin felt the urge to bite his nails but he resisted.

“Jongin are you alright?” Sehun asked sounding wide awake now.

Jongin choked back a sob. “Why would Kyungsoo leave me?”

Sehun was silent for a beat. “Jongin, who is Kyungsoo?”

Jongin blanched. “What do you mean? We’ve been dating since high school, moved in with each other freshman year of college. Are you alright Sehun?”

“Jongin,” Sehun said slowly. “You live alone. You’re single. I’ve never met anyone named Kyungsoo and neither have you.”

“What?” Jongin was scared and confused. His memories, memories of Kyungsoo felt all too real.

“Kyungsoo isn’t real,” Sehun said matter of factly. “Are you sleepwalking again?”

Jongin said no before hanging up the phone on Sehun. He knew in his heart that Kyungsoo had been real. There was no way he could have made up years and years of friendship and love.

Jongin moved back into the kitchen and stared at the counter where there picture once sat. That’s when Jongin saw it. A letter with his name etched in neat writing across the front. Jongin unfolded the piece of paper and read.

Jongin, I know this will be hard for you but it’s better this way. I love you very much but you need to forget me. I was not what I appeared to be and my time on earth has come to it’s end. You’ll remember me Jongin, but the others won’t. Don’t tell them about me, don’t even try. They’ll have you committed for sure. I’m sorry I had deceived you all these years but I couldn’t leave you once I found you. Not until now when I had no choice. I’m sorry Jongin but just know I’ll always love you.

Jongin cried, heaving sobs that wracked his body and left him weak. He knew Kyungsoo was real. An angel of some sort maybe but Jongin knew he was real even if it felt as if he was insane.

Title: Dragon
Pairing: Kai/Luhan
Genre: fantasy, cheesy
Rating: G
Length: 480 words
Summary: Jongin returns after having slain the dragon his first try.

Jongin threw his sword down onto the table top. “Drinks for everyone!” he yelled.

Jongin, of course, was served first. He was, afterall, the one who slayed the dragon.

“Jongin!” A pale, blond headed man ran towards the table where Jongin was sitting.
Jongin turned slightly in his seat. “Luhan,” Jongin said with a smile. “It’s been a long--”

Luhan threw himself on top of Jongin wrapping his arms around the younger man possessively. “I missed you,” Luhan whispered into Jongin’s midnight black hair. “I thought that maybe you were dea--”

“I would never die and leave you alone,” Jongin said wrapping his arms around Luhan. “Don’t you know how much you need me?”

Luhan cracked up laughing at Jongin’s lame words. “You’re so stupid.” Luhan said but he was smiling wider than he had in months.

“Oh really?” Jongin asked with a smirk. “Oh hey! Aren’t you going to ask me about the dragon?”

The two broke apart, Luhan moved to sit beside Jongin on the bench he was seated.
“Nope,” Luhan said. “I have faith you completed the mission, I don’t need to ask.”

Jongin’s heart thudded against his rib cage. He wasn’t sure how Luhan was in his life, he didn’t deserve someone so good by his side. “I--”

Luhan glared at Jongin. “Don’t get all emotional Jongin, we’re in public.” Luhan smiled after he spoke to show Jongin he was just joking around with him.

Jongin smiled. “I missed you.”

Luhan nodded, eyes bright. A mug of beer slid down the table and Luhan caught it between his hands. He drank it all in one long sip and then turned back to Jongin. “How long did it take? To kill the dragon.”

Jongin closed his eyes for a brief second. “A few hours. I almost had to flee but I managed to get lucky at the last minute.” Jongin reopened this eyes to see Luhan staring at him with a strange look.

“You better not get hurt!” Luhan said. “I am not cleaning your wounds and taking care of you again,” Luhan huffed. Another beer slid down the table towards Luhan’s waiting hands. He drank this beer a little slower, but not much.

After Luhan finished his second beer he lowered his voice and spoke to Jongin. “You look tired. We should go home.”

Jongin was in fact very tired. So tired he could barely stand on his own. Luckily Luhan was there to support his dead weight and half walk half carry Jongin back to their small home a little ways away.

Jongin, tired from slaying the great dragon, fell asleep as soon as he was through his front door.

Luhan left Jongin there, just inside the door, and crawled into bed by himself that night. He laughed before blowing out his candle and lying down. Jongin was going to be pissed at him tomorrow.

Title: Uncontrollable
Pairing: Sehun-centric
Genre: crack but not really, not at all
Rating: PG
Length: 463 words
Summary: Sehun’s the new alpha of an out of control pack

Sehun stared in both shock and dismay at his new pack. They were not what Sehun had expected at all. When Joonmyun handed over the title of Alpha to Sehun he was glowing with happiness. Little did he know, that this is what Joonmyun had left under his control.

There were about five guys who were having a drinking contest around a fire, while another few were naked and wrestling.

Sehun was so put off by the pack the he almost, almost, packed up and left right that second. But that wasn’t Sehun’s way. Sehun liked challenges and this surely was going to be a challenge.

“Everybody!” Sehun yelled trying to get them to stop making noise, stop drinking, stop wrestling naked, and look up at him.

Not one head turned in his direction. Anger burned beneath his skin. Sehun took a deep breath.

“ATTENTION!” Sehun boomed loud.

The guys finally stopped doing what they had been doing. They turned toward Sehun who was standing with his arms folded across his chest and a glared painted onto his face.

“Who are you?” Someone dared ask.

“Who am I?” Sehun said. “I am your new alpha!” Sehun made his voice sound hard and cruel. He wanted the pack to fear him, at least for a while until they were under control. Who knew how long that was going to take.

“Really?”

“You’re the new alpha?”

“You look like a wimp!”

Sehun glared trying to look more intimidating. “Shut up! All of you!”

The pack went quiet.

“The first order of business is for you to stop this foolishness. We are a werewolf pack not a bunch of drunk college kids,” Sehun said.

A few guys in the crowd looked down at their feet in shame. Sehun glared at the ones who didn’t bow their heads.

“Things are going to change around here,” Sehun said walking back and forth now. He was feeling more and more confident as he spoke. “You are all going to become a real pack,”

Sehun waited for someone to speak out against him but no one did. Good, Sehun thought, I’m already making progress.

But Sehun was wrong.

“Does that mean we can make babies with the omegas now?” a guy with black hair and kohl rimmed eyes asked. He happened to be one of the naked ones.

Sehun glared. “No, that’s not what I meant at all,” Sehun said staring right into the guys eyes.

Then as if the one guy crossing the line opened up a path the whole pack started to chime in with perverted and outrageous things.

Sehun rolled his eyes and walked to the huts. Maybe tomorrow he would have better luck with those heathens.
