Anime Bed Goodies
Otaku goodies for bedtime are constantly coming out all the time in Japan, but a few new upcoming items are worth pointing out specifically. One comes in the form of the old but familiar dakimakura form, or full-length body pillow. & gracing the outside of this pillowcase is the lovely tsundere Aisaka Taiga from ToraDora. One side features Taiga in an image that should look familiar to Megami readers, while the other side features nice new artwork of Taiga in a sukumizu. & with the case being 150cm, that means that the Taiga featured here is virtually life size. She herself clocks in at 143.6cm. So there you go, dakimakura fans! A life size tsundere for your bed! She comes out in Japanese stores this July, retailing for 9240 yen (~$92).
The other interesting item is something of a newer fad- sexy anime bedsheets. With a second season of "Spice & Wolf" right around the corner, it's the perfect time to buy some sheets of the sexy heroine Horo. Three different sheets of her will be coming out later this month, each one of Horo being more naked than the last. Each retails for 10,000 yen (~$100), making it a fortune to get all three.
