Naruto Voice Cast Interview
Newsarama recently had the unique privilege of attending the first ever Naruto-Star Trek Crossover Convention, perhaps the weirdest idea to ever be thought up. But among the guests at the convention were three voice actors from the Naruto English dub- Maile Flanagan (Naruto), Mary Elizabeth McGlynn (director), & Liam O'Brien (Gaara). The three chat up about Naruto & how much they all love the series. I really do find such interviews interesting when you can feel the passion through their responses, & these three have it. They truly love the work they do & love the Naruto series.
& here's a bit of trivia that I know that can actually connect Naruto to Star Trek. Mary Elizabeth McGlynn actually played an alien in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager. Not only that, but she does a really good impression of Captain Janeway from said series, & has used her Janeway voice in several different series such as Naruto & Digimon. So yeah, see?
