Lucky Star Vol 6 LE Cover Art on Sale
Back when Bandai Entertainment was releasing the single discs for Lucky Star, they had announced that they were canceling the special limited edition of the sixth & final volume. This was bad news for fans who were collecting the limited editions, as it meant that their only choice for the final volume had a cover that didn't match the rest of their DVD cases, since the LE versions had special covers of the characters drawn in crayon by Konata. I had mentioned back then that such collectors were SOL, but luckily their luck has now changed.
The official Bandai online store, which has increasingly become a place for cool & exclusive content, is now selling the standalone cover of the limited edition sixth volume for a mere 75 cents! Of course that price doesn't include shipping, which will be about triple the cost of the cover itself. Still though, it's really great that Bandai is giving fans who want to have a completed set this option. Check it out here if you're interested:
