It's exactly this kind of over-zealous ban-hammering that YouTube loves taking part in that got LittleKuriboh's account suspended, along with hundreds of others.

Their "flagging" technique for judging inappropriate content is easily spammed and can have ridiculous results, as evidenced by the removal of the infamous Rick Roll.
