Sega Hires Tony Taka as Miku Illustrator
Famous hentai artist Tony Taka has recently been commissioned by Sega to be the official illustrator for everyone's favorite virtual idol superstar, Miku Hatsune. Tony has been one of the biggest names in hentai for the past ten years, having created mass amounts of eroge designs, doujinshi books, & even hentai OVAs based off his work. He has one of the most identifiable & erotic designs out there, & there is arguably no one more famous in this field than he.
So you can imagine it a surprise that Sega would hire him to officially draw Miku Hatsune. While very moe, cute, & occasionally sexy, Miku is still a safe for all ages video game character. It goes without saying that Tony's drawings of Miku will be tame compared to his usual styles. This isn't the first time he's worked for Sega, however. He previously did the illustrations for 2004's "Shining Tears" & 2007's "Shining wind" video games for the PS2.
For those wanting Tony's more familiar style, he will be coming out with a highly anticipated Bakemonogatari doujinshi at Winter Comiket next month.
