My Monday and Celebrating Reaching 95kg Today

Today I weigh 95kg which is 209 pounds or 14.96 stone, this means I have lost a whopping 55 kilos / 121.25 pounds / 8.66 stone in 13 months. To celebrate this magnificent achievement, I had my hair done at the hairdressers today, the look on everyone's faces especially my husband was priceless! ♥
My life giving Gastric Bypass operation with Shaw Somers was 35 days ago only so I'm looking forward to my new found wellness to rage on throughout 2013
I definitely feel energised and a lot younger now than I did at the start of this incredible journey. People keep asking me what my secret is, unfortunately for this massive amount of weight loss there is no big secret - nope - its an enormous uphill battle with masses of hard work which as you can see in my comparison images really does pay off.
I feel enormously proud of myself right now and have done for a considerable length of time, the longer this goes on the better I feel. So much planned for this year and next, watch this space is all I can say.
