I wonder all the time why worry?
I finally got to hang out with my best friend on Friday! After changing plans several times... first we wanted to go on a photo adventure, but her mother was like "I don't want you going out and getting kidnapped" (she knew some who has/had been missing who went to UCSD..), so she was supposed to come over and just hang out, and in the end, we went to the plaza with John and Kirsten (WHO ARE NUTSO!) and ended up at Nickel City. We are easily amused by playing Deal or No Deal(I think we played 4 times). Also, we played Spider Stomp... but couldn't get perfect both times we played! Sad! But... with the tickets we won, I got a glow in the dark rubber ducky and candy! Yay! I think the having John thing around allowed us to be out... but I don't know. At first was totally like "I just want to spend time with you!" but in the end, I had too much fun to be like "blah!".
I went to the beach today! I think we walked on the beach for like 30 minutes. Not nearly long enough. The feeling of sand on bare feet and standing in the water is amazing. But then I got dessert from Hotel Del Coronado... which was very yummy, although maybe a bit too much cream filling.
My driving test is on Friday. I'm just worried about lane changes and u-turns... and driving with a person other than my dad. Still have time to practice though! Also, apparently test is short and easy (if you've practice enough!)
Currently longest second ever... Kirti was like "I'll call you back in a second" like 5 hours ago. Oh goodness.
Taiwan in 11 days! I need to pack eventually...
