Lumic and the 80s some up my feelings exactly, I loved every second, and I don't feel guilty about it at all, it was perfectly setup by Rise, except for the cliff hanger resolve, which was frankly far too easy. Everything else was perfectly scripted and played, and I will happily argue this point with anyone. It isn't the best yet, but it is still of high quality. I imagine that in years down the line I may come to regret such zealous enthusiasm, but for now I will continue to bask in the collective glory of Doctor Who. Mickey is once again the best character followed by the Doctor and Pete Tyler with the rest along way back, I do wish the Doctor would have been a nicer person to Mickey, but you can't have everything. The references to the previous stories were subtle but effective, the excellent line had me laughing my head of to the bemusement of my entire family. The script neatly dovetailed and the ending was beautiful. What a show! It's going to take something to follow on from these sterling works.
