Well well, its been a long time since I updated so here I am updating, tonight = surprising, can't really say why just very surprising. Things looking up more than usual now too, can't really say why, except for tonight, when I realized this is now the last summer that anyone will be here for good. We'll all be gone soon enough, and I will either ( Read more... )

*noting current music*

I realize we aren't in the same circle musically, but it's nice to know that I'm not the only one who likes that song. it's one of those songs where you aren't sure whether or not to admit liking it, because it's kinda on the border of being really cool yet really retarded at the same time. the main opinion in the industrial world seems to be the latter of the two, and that the best song on the album is "Right Where It Belongs". I personally like "All the Love in the World" as probably my favorite on there.

btw how's lifting? write me an e-mail sometime.

I agree with you on all of that, save I say the best song on the album is the bonus track of Angel. I love that song, though I'm not sure if its on the actual release, I downloaded it and it was listed as being on With Teeth. Which by the way is also and excellent song as well.

I don't know if that is a bonus track, or rather I'm not too sure if that's on the album. I've seen the album all over the place online and there's only 13 songs on it. there's also a bonus CD which is basically the "hand that feeds" single, but those songs all suck. I can't even find a NIN song called "angel" online. you sure it wasn't misnamed by someone? I'm sure it's obvious whether or not it's Trent's voice though, kinda hard to mistake him for anyone else.

I have to totally disagree on your opinion of the song "with teeth". it's really kinda pathetic, everyone makes fun of the way he says "with-a teeth-a", it really does fall into the "so bad it's funny" category.

yeah home and angel are the bonuses, I'd suggest looking up angel first and foremost before Home, its good but not as interesting as angel, angel is a very different yet very similar nails sound, its a lot of the old nails kinda like "The Day the World Went Away" and "The Fragile" with a new twist

well, I've done a bunch of research and this is how it goes...

the CD has 13 songs on it, plus a hidden track, which is "Home". on the ALBUM version, "Home" is stuck in between "Sunspots" and "The Line Begins To Blur".

as far as "Angel" goes, that's not even a NIN song. it's obvious that it's not his voice, and it's not from any of the other 3 bands he was in during the 80's. I searched everywhere on the damn internet and couldn't find any reference to who did that song, but it's been verified many times that it's definitely NOT one of his.

Meh my mistake, of course the voice is heavily synthesized so it will be hard to tell who did it by that. The only thing that said it was was Morpheus, it was labeled as "NIN Angel (Very Rare)" so who knows, some dumbass probably mistook the synthed voice for Reznor and decided to just say it was them. It's an honest mistake on my part beings I'm not really a conneseur as far as NIN goes. I could see them doing a song along the lines of the one I have though. E'mail me sometime and I'll mail you what I've got hell we might not even have the same song, I have about 10 different songs called Angel on my comp as it is.
