How do you stop dreams?

I want mine completely halted, because I had awful dreams last night. Weird, then awful.

Every time I thought I woke up, I went right back into what was happening.

I really do not want to die that way, so I hope the dreams stop.

Ugh.

Awful, scary, terrible nightmare.

"Don't want to go back to sleep out of sheer terror" kind of nightmare.

I hate it when those hit me. This was a new one, too. :(

I have to try, though, I have almost 3 hours until wake up.

I hate it when this happens.

...think nice thoughts...it was not real...nice thoughts...just a dream...
