lolx today nothing much but yesterday i am so touched, loved and definitely damn happy when my colleagues/ friends made my day so wonderful....XD if last year i never get to see Sakurai Sho in Singapore, and this year i never get to party with GD at Indoor Stadium, at least i had an awesome time with my friends!! u guys really made my day with the present, the lunch and the hangout...*\(^o^)/*

oh yea im officially below 70kg...10kg more to go (yea thanks to SANs Takashimaya voucher, i finally bought that weighing scale which can measure my body fat! ) estimated body fat is 37% and estimated water weight 49%.... so yea im actually heavy beacuse i have water retention problem....hmmm ... but yea summary...Insanity werk!! shall carry on.... Diging Deeper everyday... XD....
