Spurs to use amnesty clause on Jefferson

The San Antonio Spurs have decided to use their one-time amnesty clause on Richard Jefferson to waive their starting small forward, league sources told Yahoo! Sports.

The Kings and Spurs played a surprisingly good game Sunday. Even though the Kings are cellar dwellers, they led for most of the game and played very good basketball. Then, with the game tied and only seconds left, Michael Finley finally made an appearence, making his only shot of the game, a three-pointer.
