Fucking lil spanish kids CANT DRIVE!!!
So today.....im leaving school, on the maine road going towards the highway, about to pull in for gas and like up to 2 cars infront of me slam on their breaks, so i have to slam on mine....the car behind me was not right behind me, even though it was heavy traffic. So he must have not been paying attention, or whatever but i saw he was gonna hit me and slammed into the back of my car going probably 20 or so. To avoid hitting the car infront of me, i cut the wheel to the right when i knew he was gonna hit me, so i went onto the sidewalk and missed the car, thank god. Well....i was fine, and i got outta the car to go check if they were ok, i saw his car and i didnt even wanna look at mine, the front end was DESTROYED. car is obviously totalled, and then I looked at the intrepid and considering how hard he hit me, there isnt that much damage. The bumbers hanging off and the drivers side tail lights are busted, but other than that there no visible exterior damage. The seat also snapped cuz he hit me so hard, but whatever. They were fine, but the kid just turned like 17, so no wonder he doesnt know what hes doing. So even though it wasnt my fault, the situation fucking blows. Now the fams down to one car, and i need to work tomorrow, go to class and work friday, and work sat, so I dont know how this is going to work out, but whatever. The car might be declared totalled depending on how much damage there is, if theres frame damage, or just how much its going to cost. We shall have to see, but i might just go out and buy a car cuz im sick of this accident shit with the intrepid.
So I also had my first day of real work yesterday. Wasnt bad. I got in, the manager told me to meet george and hell take me around the store and meet everyone while rich (the manager) makes me a nametag. That took like a half hour, then got my nametag and he said i was going to be on the register for the day cuz thats the first thing i need to learn, even though Im going to be a floor guy (and i think im one of the, if not the youngest floor guy, i havent met everyone yet though). So the girl that was ringing ended up being a sophmore at bridgewater from canton, which is kinda cool. So she showed me like wicked quickly how to do a sale and i was like "ooooook" and then a customer came upa nd she was like "wanna ring him up" so i guess i did that alright, was on the register for like an hour and half, did pretty much everything there is to do. Then went to go help a customer with cameras, but didnt know it, so i called over tom, one of the other floor guys. Oh yea, and we get radios with headsets, so any questions or anything can be answered that way, its kinda cool. So then Rich just wanted me to follow tom around for a while, get some floor experience in, and then i did returns to get a feel for where stuff is. Then i was on the floor the rest of the day, helped out some customers and stuff like that. The work seems pretty easy and the people seem nice, and the pays not bad so i think this is going to be a decent job. Its a lot more professional than cvs would ever be though, so i have to get used to that and just the whole working thing, since i havent worked in almost a year. But i finally have a job and will be pulling in around 200 bucks a week so thatll def help me out.
So it was also my birthday yesterday, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! the big 19. So the rents gave me 100 bucks and got me a dvd/vcr combo thing for the tv, thats cool. And i went out and bought s 125 watt powered subwoofer for my room, the shit is SICK! Makes the whole house fucking rock, the rents love that too haha. Went out to the Texas Roadhouse in Brockton with cassie, chris and sarah last night. They made me sit on the saddle and have everyone draw their attention to me and they took my picture and all that crap grrrr. It was fun thoug and the food was good even though they didnt have any prime rib left....grrrrrr.
