If you could live anywhere...

We had just begun the ministry--the early days when emotions ran high, and the inevitable end seemed so far away. Travelling from one place to another, spending the evening along the road.

A breeze ruffled our hair and clothing. The disciples, friends, and our families ate and talked and laughed and sang under the bright stars.

It was a perfect night, one I could live over and over. The memory often gave me strength when I needed it. When I needed to remember why I was doing what I did. For my family, my friends. For everyone, who has ever had one worryless night.

I can live anywhere, and wouldn't give up Heaven, but if I could live anywhen, that would be it.
