That's cute! and genious. We have walkie talkies too but they don't get used. I should consider that in the near future.

My mom and dad have a set of walkie talkies, they use them to communicate within the house! My dad spends a lot of time in the music room in our basement, it's easier to hit a button than to stand at the top of the stairs and shout. He also likes to go out in our woods, in which case it's MUCH easier to hit a button than to shout!

My parents should do that. They just bought a "farm" with lots of wooded acreage that my dad likes to wander in with the dogs. And my mom plays in her gardens all day, so it would be a good idea for them, too.
