Definitely a good bargain. I need to yard sale more. I don't know why I don't. It might be the getting up before the sun rises thing ;p
But I should because you can find fabulous deals!

I'm really not much of a garage-saler. I'm not a morning person either, and I always figure the really great deals would be gone before I got there later in the day.
