remember that zine i was working on? yeah, i finished it friday night. it's all thrown together poorly, and slightly random. holla at me if you want a copy.
on saturday night i saw circle takes the square. they were amazing live. i was disappointed that they didn't have the rappers on tour with them though. bright calm blue was excellent as well. i was looking forward to mannequin's set, but they kept blowing fuses, and since it was well over a hundred degrees in that basement, i didn't watch much.
yesterday, nate, megan and i went out to roseville to the abandoned prison. from what i got to see it was pretty fucking cool. slightly creepy. unfortunately it began to storm, so we had to duck out before very much exploration. i intend to go back in the near future.
nate is talking about starting a bike collective... primary focus being finding kids' old bikes and fixing them up, then giving them to less fortunate kids. i think i'm going to head up the paint jobs. so if anyone around town has old kids bikes just taking up space, let me know and i will come pick them up.
