Writer's Block

So, I'm not the only one who gets frustrated with writer's block. I usually stare at the screen as well. I asked him if I could link to his blog and he gave his blessing.

So, read and see if you have something other than "Just write." advice to give him (and, in a roundabout way, me)on breaking thru writer's block. What do you do? Do you just write or sit there, staring at blank screen, watching Olympics?
