Just thinking
On the way to class this morning I saw three girls making lots of noise... laughing and talking loud and such. It occurred to me that usually, on a morning such as this where I had recently woken and found it hot outside (I don't like heat), I'd be annoyed by loud girls. But this morning, instead, it made me smile. It reminded me of Melissa, Sarah and I back in High School. And even though they were loud, talking about things like that they should skip class and go to the mall (yet they were still on their way to class and weren't going anywhere else), it seemed like fun. I miss spending time with Sarah and Melissa so often, being attached at the hip. It's definitely changed, but I expect it to change even more with the two of them getting married this year. Kinda sad, but at the same time I'm glad I have good memories of everything.
Been a bit emotional today.. moody and such. But it's just about that time of the month anyways. But I also felt somewhat productive. I went to the REC center after class and worked out. And even though my teacher brough donuts and oranges to class this morning, I managed to stay away from the donuts (although now I kinda wish I had eaten one. Mmmm yum.) and ate two clementines instead. I've decided I should buy a box this weekend when I get paid, along with cat food. Poor kitties are almost about to starve.
The rest of tonight and tomorrow should be pretty busy. It's a bit after 8pm right now, and I've got to do a quick paper for my Critical Thinking class based on the project my partner and I put together this afternoon... and then I have to write the rough draft of my Alice in Wonderland argumentative paper. I have no clue when I'll have the time to print out the copies I need... I'm guessing my printer won't survive them. But hopefully I can do it tomorrow real quick before class. Ah... before classes I have a dentist appointment. EW for waking up early on a friday! But I need to go... it's been so long. And after classes Em and I will be looking at apartments again. Yay for that~ Let's hope everything goes smooth from now until tomorrow!
