So today, I shindigged. Shindug? Whatever. A bunch of browncoats congregated in Leeds this afternoon, and spent a good couple of hours in the Firefly bar with some Jaffa Cakes, before we moved down to Wokmania for the all you can eat Chinese Buffet. Then we relocated to Wetherspoons, but found it was sort of packed and we couldn't rearrange the tables to our liking for so many of us, so we went back to Firefly and moved all of the furniture around, including a sofa, and nobody seemed to care! The manager even told us to go ahead and sit downstairs in the bit we'd been told we couldn't sit in when we were there the first time - I think it was because there were 20 of us suddenly in his bar, when it was otherwise empty.
We didn't tell him why.
When people started to drift off, the remaining 8 of us went to see Slither. Way cool seeing it with a gang of Browncoats! I loved it the first time I saw it, but I loved it so much MORE because there were other people there!
It's true, though. That IS some fucked up shit.
