I'm putting the call out now...would anyone be willing to beta a longish (about 4,500 words atm) Wash/Kaylee fic? No smut (can't write that! :D) and it's currently unfinished, but I thought I'd see if I can find someone now, so that I don't have to spend ages looking when the fic is actually done

Okay, I'm so not a Wash/Kaylee 'shipper, but if your deadline for this is not too close then I'll be happy to beta.
The deadline thing is important though - I'm currently beta'ing for two others, and don't get a whole lot of reading time, so if you need it doing fast - i.e. in a day or two - then I'm not your gal. If I have a week or so, then that's fine.

Looking forward to reading it, either way :)

I turned into a Wash/Kaylee shipper while I wasn't looking and it took over my life! *g*

I think I've found someone on ff_fanfic who's going to do it for me - which is awesome, 'cause it's someone I don't know and if I end up hating them it doesn't matter! If that falls through or I want a second opinion further along the line, I might come begging to you though :D Thank you for the offer!

Dude, I'm not bothered by your specifics at all... and I'd love to beta your fic. Unfortunately I have way too much stuff for uni to do, and possible gaining of job things happening so I honestly don't have time to beta over the next few weeks.

But you can put me down for future Wash/Kaylee beta-ing efforts. Just wanted to show the fic writing support (although who am I to be supportive when I can't even finish my own stuff???) and say that I'd be happy to beta later on.

I've only got time to do it myself because I've just finished Uni for the year. Haven't written any fic since last May, and even that's not finished! I feel so sucky!
