I'm putting the call out now...would anyone be willing to beta a longish (about 4,500 words atm) Wash/Kaylee fic? No smut (can't write that! :D) and it's currently unfinished, but I thought I'd see if I can find someone now, so that I don't have to spend ages looking when the fic is actually done!
I'm looking for someone with good Firefly knowledge (mostly for characterisation) and who isn't scared to be harsh. And preferably someone who at least doesn't mind the idea of Wash/Kaylee, even if it's not something you actively 'ship!
When I say it's not done yet; I'm expecting to get this first draft finished in a day or two - definitely before the weekend.
So, any takers? *has probably scared everyone off by being so specific*
