I'm pooped.
Dan and I just went all the way up to Canadian Tire to get 14 gauge wire to make more rings for the chain mail, and they had every size EXCEPT that one. Pro Hardware and Home Hardware sell a different brand, and their 14G wire is slightly smaller, so we can't use that. So this put Dan in a foul mood, which I find hard not to take personally. I realise I just have to let him be a grump for 15-20 minutes, and if I leave him alone, he usually snaps out of it. Then, just when that was blowing over, we went to the Liquor Store, and his debit card said insufficient funds, so we had to put something back. *rolls eyes*
But I think all is okay now. This is the second time we've gone to that Crappy Tire for something, only to find they didn't have it! Last time it was for a new bow. Frustrating, as it's a waste of $10 in busfare.
Before that, the day was going great, and hopefully the night won't be a total loss.
On the way to Crappy T, we ran into Troy, who was waiting to get picked up by Dylan's grandmother (and Dylan). Apparently Dylan called Troy and asked him to visit. So, luckily, I got to see him for 2 seconds. He jumped out of the car, and ran and gave me a huge hug, much to the bitches chagrin, I'm sure! >: ) *thumbs nose at evil grandmother*
Anyhoo, we'll be at Savage tomorrow night (Saturday), and hopefully nothing else will go wrong between now and then! *knock on wood*
