Update of Sorts

I have gained my ground once more and roped in myself before I floated off too far. Everything is basically fine now, we have worked through our differences and began forging ahead again. I graduate soon, 2 weeks until classes are over then finals and finally it is over. I have a job at least, helping with Bird Population surveys working for the University of Tennessee and I basically will be camping all summer getting data and such. Still no word on Grad School yet but I am banking on Fort Hays coming through and if that doesn't come through then I'll see if I can use the connections through this job to get into the University of Tennessee. I have to make my back up plan here to make sure I have a job in place of not getting into Grad School which I should do tomorrow if I can defeat the evil monster known as procrastination.

My science bone is waking up and I am really wanting to do some studies on something. Particular in Evolutionary Biology, my favorite part of biology where my role model, Richard Dawkins has his experise, along with Stephen Jay Gould and of course Darwin. Unfortunately, I never considered this area apart of a future because there isn't much in the way of jobs when it comes to just Evolutionary Biology at all but that is why I moved on to Wildlife Biology and Ecology, to help save the world but at the same time be able to work closely with my favored subject. I absolutely love this subject and I don't know why. One thing I love about evolution is it shows that we are all connected to everything to the plants, the bateria, the protists, the fungi, everything even the universe since we are made out of star stuff. This thought is so amazing that why I even make up supernatural things about the universe when the universe is pretty awesome by itself. I love it, I absolutely do how all life is one and that we are star stuff contiplating the stars...as Carl Sagan said we are a way for the Cosmos to know itself. How profound is that? That is just amazing and this is why I love science, the things contained here are just amazing.
