So I get a lot of urinary tract infections. I suspect I might be on the edge of developing one now and would obviously like to nip it in the bud.
My standard course of action is to pop some cranberry tablets, drink lots of water and cut out sugar. I'd like to do a little something more though, because I don't want to have to take another round of antibiotics.
I was thinking about trying vinegar but everything I find about it online specifically says apple cider vinegar. I only have distilled white and red wine vinegars -- does anyone know if these will work as well? Is it something in ACV that helps or just the acidity?
I also found a glowing review of garlic, anyone have any experience with that?
Any other suggestions? This is getting really, really old.
