Question about a food intolerance

Apologies if this is not the community to post this in, but as I figure that you all are more in tune with what you eat, I feel that you might be able to actually help me when no one else has been able to.

I seem to be completely intolerant to sugar snap peas and celery (discomfort, bloating, etc, etc) and this intolerance has only popped up in the past few years. I used to eat entire baskets of sugar snap peas before. Now even a few makes me miserable.

I've been trying to figure out what else I might be intolerant to, or why these foods affect me, but I haven't had any luck. No fruits do this, so it's not a glucose thing. It happened again last night, when I made a vegan version of sour cream chicken enchiladas with soy-based sour cream and soy chunk things. It also had green chilis in it. I don't know if the chilis did it, or whether it was just too much soy at once for my body to handle. But the pain is always so awful, and I just want to figure out why my once favorite foods are attacking me and which foods I should avoid in the future.
