I've just got some water kefir grains from a friend and I have never used kefir before, so I was wondering what people's favourite recipes where and if anyone has any advice for a 1st timer?
I've also got a sour dough culture growing (Herman the German friendship cake!) and I was wondering if anyone has had any luck making sour dough breads in a bread maker? In order to get things to rise in my house I'd have to turn on the oven, which seems a waste, so I use a bread machine.
There are lots of things growing in my kitchen!
