Yoga Routine

I've been trying to incorporate exercise into my morning routine, now that I have a steady schedule (for once) and a non-temp job (for the first time in three years). However, this mostly means I'm exercising while my coffee brews (with longer stretches on weekends).

Once upon a time, I did Iyengar yoga, but try as I might, I'm having trouble getting back into it. My morning time is limited and it throws me off to be constantly checking a book (especially when it changes every two weeks). So I've been doing basic core exercises with some weight lifts/push ups. But I want to get back to yoga. Any suggestions that won't have me checking books constantly?

(Sadly videos aren't an option where I have space to exercise.)
