I have a question for any lactose-intolerant or vegan coffee drinkers out there. Why does my almond milk sometime separate from my coffee in the cup? I don't eat or drink soy products anymore but I found this would happen with soy milk too. The weird thing is I feel like it only happens sometimes! I've tried warming up the almond milk before dumping into my coffee and that seemed to work a couple times, but not always! I've also tried pouring the milk in very slowly while stirring vigorously and I always give the milk a good shake in the carton beforehand. I may be being a complete air-head and not thinking of something obvious but this is really beginning to bug me! Hahah...this definitely isn't a pressing issue but I'm curious! Thanks in advance for any info :)
