Guys, I hope your brilliant ideas will help me find some ways to make getting out of bed less painful.
I don't eat too well, I admit, but I take fizzy magnesium supplement 30 minutes before going to bed, I go for 45-minute walks every evening, sleep in a dark and reasonably chilly bedroom, and I eat dinner at 6 pm at latest - yet my mornings are still hellish. I just can't wake up and get out of bed tired and sluggish (usually after hitting the snooze button several times - I know, my bad). I guess I get about 7-8 hours a night, and don't have any difficulties falling asleep. It's only waking up that is problematic.
Any ideas?
