Organic bedding
I am planning to invest in an all natural latex mattress. The company that makes the mattress sells organic wool mattress covers, which are naturally flame retardant. For a king-sized bed, this cover is extremely expensive. Also, I'd prefer to buy a vegan cover if possible.
So, does anyone know of an organic, flame retardant, vegan mattress cover? I've googled around and read that ones made of bamboo exist, but I wasn't able to find any products that specifically claimed to be flame retardant. I say "organic" because I want something that doesn't outgas any chemicals.
Second, is it possible to find a waterproof mattress cover that is organic and/or doesn't outgas any chemicals?
