Citrus fruit and tomatoes are listed as to avoid more from the fact that the have a chemical in them that loosens your esophagus muscles. So you should be okay with some in moderation and waiting at least two hours before laying down. You may be okay with it while other may have a lot of problems with these foods.

My son has sever acid reflux that we are trying to get under control. So I limit a lot of the foods on his avoid list to only one or two times a week in small portions. He loves oranges and tomatoes/ tomatoes products.
