Have you tried just slowly cutting back?

I am currently in the cutting back stages. Hopefully this does the trick.

Noted. Where can I get cream of tartar? I'm definitely going to make this a new trick.

It's true, I just have to stop myself. Thanks for the comment!

five tricks:

- i chomped on big fresh green beans

- i never kept track of when, or how long ago, i quit

- lots of sleep, low stress, no alcohol or caffeine

- despise the smell, the habit, the bad health

- CIGARETTES DON'T EXIST

You're right about all of the above. I can't believe I started smoking again, eesh. I was good for almost 4 years.

Here we go!

I used the patch but I was a pack and a half a day girl and was really addicted. The habit was not as hard as the addiction for me and the patch for the first month helped with the sickness.

That said. I juiced! Drank a ton of water and went running after dinner when my cravings were at their worst. I loved running in the evening or a the very least going for a long walk.

Good luck.
It's been just over 7 years for me and it's the best thing I ever did for myself other than say yes to my husband!

Yes! I wanted to hear that the patch helped with the sickness, thank you!

Good call on the exercise after wanting a craving. I'm going to start doing that, even if it's just around the park.

Thanks!

they usually have you use the patch in three tapered down strengths and I only used it for the first month, for the strongest strength to help, as I said with the sickness. After the first month I forgot one day and noticed no difference in how I felt so I stopped.
I wish you good luck.
So much healthier and have so much money for good food, yoga and other things w enjoy and that we are not a slave to!

When I quit, fist I stopped buying them. Then eventually I stopped asking to bum them. And then later, I quit asking. I now only very occasionaly accept when offered - and then only if their cloves, so I smoke make three times a year. I also kept candy on hand at all times - I have, or had, a special fondness for gummy cherries by Haribo. I gained maybe ten lbs from all the HFCS, but after a while I weaned off of those too.

And water! Drink lots of water!

Goodluck!

I just put a bag of Haribos in my purse last night, haha!

Thanks for the tips :)
