I know this topic has been touched on plenty of times, but I can't find the post and have been searching for a while.
We use World's Best Cat Litter with Omega Paw Self-Cleaning boxes. It's mostly awesome, definitely our best option with two cats - a single bag lasts us for a month for the two boxes, cleaned daily.
There are only two places that we have seen it sold, at the health store and the pet store by the mall (way out of our way). The health store was great! They sold the big bags for $7, the ones that last us a month. Well, they don't sell the big bags anymore, and the small bags they raised to $10. The pet store sells the big bags, but everything there is astronomically priced.
I remember reading once SOMEWHERE that the litter is essentially something that can be found at farm supply stores? I'm interested in THIS but I can't find the post anywhere and I hate walking in looking for an obscure bargain - the associates always think I'm crazy. Which I probably am. :)
Otherwise, someone was mentioning using wood for gas stoves? Anyone have any more opinions on that?
