Does anyone have an idea of what the threshold for vit. d toxicity is? I've read contradicting reports and am trying to figure it out. I don't drink milks often (cow, rice, soy, etc.) because i don't like it most of the time and sometimes remember to buy calcium and vit. d fortified OJ if i have the money and the memory. But I don't know what foods Vit. D comes in besides cow milk and enriched soy/rice milk.
Any info would be appreciated. I'm trying to avoid catching everything my nephew (who lives with me, I'm the legal guardian) could possibly bring home.
