Tofurky Follow Up

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who responded to my tofurky question back in November! I have made it twice since then using a variation of the marinade recipe maryam posted. We thought it was good and would certainly have it again, though there is an odd squeaking as it rubs against the teeth. All of you who raved about the stuffing, you are so right! Way tasty and certainly not enough.

The one comment my husband had was that as a turkey substitute it failed, but as a tofu dish it was quite tasty.
