Cal Mag?
I'm looking for a Cal-Mag supplement that is 1) not a gigantic horse pill and 2) where a serving isn't 4+ pills. I'm currently taking Weil's Balanced Cal-Mag, and it's great, but the pills are huge and my husband can't swallow big pills. I like to take about 600mg of calcium daily, give or take some (it should have half that amount of magnesium). I don't mind if it has Vitamin D added.
I'm tired of risking it on new pills, only to find that he can't take them. I hope someone has a recommendation! Thanks!!
