So here in Northern California there are a ton of fires going on, so much so that even in my city I'm getting the smoke and I'm no where near them. The news is telling us to stay indoors because of the unhealthy air quality. So I'm looking for things I can do/drink etc to help get the toxins out and what not. I heard that bathing in Epsom salt gets toxins out...are there special teas or any particular foods or anything else to bath in/rub on/soak in etc that can just give my body a little extra boost right now?
