This may be a really ridiculous question, but have you ever heard of anyone dying from drinking almond milk?
I know it's a healthy alternative to dairy, or even soy milk. However, I read that if you make it homemade, definitely avoid bitter almonds, because bitter almonds mixed with water may create cyanide. Now that's all I can think about, whether I made the milk or bought it, that someone may have accidentally used bitter almonds instead of normal almonds...
Any info or input on almond milk that you may have is appreciated!
