Teddy's bottom because he's the type to insist the first time for various reasons. (After that Teddy tells me he's a devout switch XD)

Really? I'm sure it's been discussed to death already, but I always thought for sure Billy would be top.

XD Teddy's a switch. That doesn't mean Billy is. Teddy will end up going along with Billy's wants because he's like that so, yeah, I can see him bottoming a lot more than he tops but that doesn't mean he ceases being a switch. XD
