I am also doing wokout every day. The good thing is that I didn't gain weight even under quarantine for so many months. In fact, I lost appetite.
Other goal to achieve is drinking more water. I'm so dehydrated always. My skin, hair, lips everything is always dry. Maybe I should see a doctor to check my thyroid.
