2014 was a turning point in Ukraine, that set it on course towards a conflict with Russia. Maidan wouldn't have happened the way it had, if it hadn't been the Ukrainian far-right and ultranationalists, (See extract of Yehven Karas in January 2022 at the Bandera Readings), punching above their weight, with brutal violence.
There are some comments made on social media, to whitewash and downplay the serious issue regarding a far right/ ultranationalist movement in Ukraine. The idea that it is Russian disinformation to suggest that Ukraine has a Neo-Nazi problem, is just so far-fetched to be absurd, since the Western corporate has at times reported on the nature, concerns and problems associated.
