IST
Hi, I'm new to the community, by the way. My name's Carlie, I'm 22, from Maine and recently moved to Hawaii.
I was wondering if anyone here has been through an Interstate Transfer with the Army Nat'l Guard? I've been waiting about 3 months to be transferred to a new unit here, and I'm starting to get curious. The only other person I've been in contact with who also had an IST is in the same place that I am, except she's been waiting 4 or 5 months, which obviously doesn't help me much. Hm. I don't know how common that is.
