LONDON / LETCHWORTH (finally)
right! im FINALLY getting round to updating about the whole london/letchworth voyage! Lets hope this is actually an update, or at least a partial one, and not just a message to make everyone happy untill i actually eventually do update, which i have a very bad habit of doing! okokok! enough! here goes!
PART ONE - Background
1st things 1st, why did i go? where did i stay? why did i stay there? primarily one reason, there was a gig in hammersmith that id been waiting for, for then best part of 4 years! Steve Vai! woopah! So i bought my ticket, booked holliday from work, and arranged to stay with relative in Letchworth for the week ( not necessarily in that order). Then sometime in between buying the ticket, and arranging a base for the week, i regained contact with Rach (Rach - this is your que to smile hysterically and jump about! your FIRST mention of the update!),to whom much to my suprise and amazement happend to be living in Letchworth! Suprise, because i was going there soon, and amazement, because someone else had actually heard of the place, someone i know! ANYWAY, after several messages involving cheesecake and various other everyday things, we eventually arranged to meet up on a couple of occasions, and thus, adding a new dimension to my voyage. Woopah!
anyway my time is running out, so stay tuned for then next EXCITING Phase of my london/letchworth update,
'PART TWO - The Vortex' which involves many exciting things such as: James and his millions, The Quest to find the Sparkly Slippers (Rach's), The Magnetic Vortex, The Quest to NOT find the Sparkly Slippers (mine), and much much more! (have i sucked you in yet?).
*ps, the return train ticket from plymouth to letchworth, and all the tubes in between, only cost me £38!*
