My grandma got here yesterday, up from San Diego for Thanksgiving for the millionth room in a row. It's always fun and a nice change from the usual. It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is the day after tomorrow; it feels like this year is just flying by. Of course, I have a feeling that my high school career is just going to fly by, too, so I guess that's nothing new. Anybody doing anything really fun for Thanksgiving? We're just having our usual cozy, four-person dinner and then going to somebody's house afterwards.
For those of you that missed it, Hammons had another one of her famous laughing attacks in Lit today...oh man, those are funny. I have to say, this year has been great as far as entertaining teachers go; every single one of my teachers can make me laugh in class on a regular basis.
So I finally took the plunge and invested money in a mutual fund along with my parents...I was really tired of having a bunch of money sitting in a savings account and earning a whopping eight cents a month. Anyway, I'm excited because after three months we've actually made money for the first time--we lost a bunch right after we put it in, but it's been going up steadily for a while.
Guess what? It's basketball season...the Ducks are playing right now. Finally....
Everything is relative. Wouldn't you agree?
I saw a little sticker on a car window the other day...it said "My other ride is your mom." I was amused.
And, most important of all, always remember: you got FLEMED.
