We inspected a house today. Our buyer's advocate has said yes, it's good but we've been told to go away and have a really long hard think about buying it, because it will sell at auction, probably at our upper limit. The good news is that the little place needs absolutely nothing done to it to make it liveable. The bad news is that it's still hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt and it's tiny. I guess we'll be having a garage sale before we move in (if we win the auction that is).
