You poor thing! Trams are the absolute worst in rush hour. The last time I caught a tram I got abused because I didn't move out of the way fast enough for a young woman. I won't catch them any more.
As for the girl... yep. I'm still debating whether to forward said email to the "un-appreciative retards in the capital of Australia". You know they gave her a glowing reference. I've had my share of hating ex-employers but that is over-the-top!
