It's spring break for me, and I had all these great plans to catch up on grad work, and work work, and volunteer work but really all I've done is sit in my pjs, bake and watch Veronica Mars. And I feel oddly disconnected from LJ so sorry if I haven't gotten back to any messages??

- I just did a rewatch (which I just legit finished season 3 yesterday) and season 1 is so so good and season 3 is so so bad so I really hope that the movie draws more from the high school years then the college years

- There is going to be a Teen Wolf ladies fest on Tumblr soon and yes. This is good. Very good.
- I probably need to update tw_ladies community because I had ideas about a gen thing and then never did anything and there has been a lot of lady love floating around.
- I'm doing a lady love meme on Tumblr and remembering how much I love all these ridiculous shows like Pushing Daisies, Dead Like Me, Veronica Mars, Six Feet Under, Gilmore Girls
- Though, why do I love Gilmore Girls?
- Because, honest to god, that is the most heteronormative show and queer identities are only mentioned in jokes? I didn't notice this when I was younger.
- And I still love the show, well parts of it, but no. No thanks.
- I've started watching Lost Girl, and while there are some consent issues, it's acceptable, and I love love love the way Bo's bisexuality is handled.
- I need more shows, though, to watch, if anyone has any recs?
- OH. ETA: slantedknitting has started her Merlin big bang, and omg I am so excited because her Gwen gives me heart-eyes, and she is the only person to have ever made me like Arthur, and omg there is very very good gender stuff/gender identity with her Merlin and I AM SO EXCITE.
